Pawprint Child Safety Standards
Last updated October 27, 2026
Pawprint is made by the Rouben Malian Memorial Foundation Inc. These standards apply to the Pawprint app on Android, iPhone and iPad and to the Pawprint website.
Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) is prohibited on Pawprint. This includes child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualising minors in any way, grooming, sextortion, and trafficking. Accounts that post, share, request or link to such content are removed permanently.
Pawprint is for people aged 13 and over and isn't directed to children under 13.
How to report
- In the app: use Report on any post, comment, profile or meetup and choose "Nudity or sexual content", or "Something else" and describe the concern.
- By email: support@roubenmalianmemorial.org, at any time, whether or not you have an account.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
What we do
- We review reports within 24 hours. Content reported by several people is hidden automatically until a moderator reviews it.
- We remove CSAE content and permanently remove the accounts involved.
- We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by U.S. law, and we cooperate with law enforcement.
- We keep the records the law requires us to keep for an investigation, and nothing more.
